Tea at 5 – May 2022 edition – has taken up and deepened the issues related to sustainable tourism. We met with industry experts and local administrators and we discussed the challenges that smaller municipalities will be facing in the near future. The trend that has emerged is of a great boost towards a more environmentally friendly tourism. Multiple market niches are developing, in complete antithesis to mass tourism.
